Each PDY Partners invite a guest speaker to discuss how the lessons they have learnt throughout their life and how these lessons can be applied to a business environment. In February 2005 John Mitchell was appointed Head Coach of the newly formed Super 14 rugby franchise - the Western Force. We asked John to be our key note speaker because he has an established track record and considerable experience in dealing with high performance teams. In particular:
